Chelsey Leigh Ness has lived in Ottertail County for the last 13 years. She uses many different mediums but finds herself drawn to the inspiration large mural art can have on her community. Elements of nature, bold lines, and colors are what feed her creative spirit. Helping those around her through art has always been the driving force behind her creativity. She has worked on murals in the local Otter Cove Children's Museum, taught kids art classes, and created murals in people's homes and local business/non-profits.
